For a single tap, ViruLEX and SorCA are combined in one cartridge; for the whole house, they are two separate products that you connect at the main water supply.
With activated carbon, SorCA removes a large share of dissolved substances, such as medicine residues, pesticides and heavy metals. ViruLEX also uses ultrafiltration to stop particles that are not dissolved in the water, including particles that escape the carbon. Together, optionally with a water softener, you get the most complete filtration.
Ideal if you are on the road, live on board, have a second home or no longer want to depend on bottled water. You save on plastic, money and time.
